The Summer has flown by and we have not had more than a 15min gap in our diary for 3 months!
This is fabulous for business of course but it has meant planning and marketing has actually taken a back seat. Whilst we have consistently continued with Social Media – Instagram and FB, we are getting to grips with our automated marketing which is driven through our salon software.
I did manage to complete are upstairs refurbishment before the mad rush – A new kitchen and sumptious upstairs waiting area with soon to have, a wall of fame!
We are also planning a relaunch of treatments that are not recommended during the Summer, due to sun exposure, namely our ‘Collagen Simulation Therapy’ – micro needling that increases the collagen in our skin that depletes with ageing, and Hair Removal, Skin Tightening and vein removal – all via our amazing results driven Candela Pro Laser machine.
We are also taking on another skincare brand – watch this space – to complement our others and have scheduled all of our team on refresher, or new, product training too. Training is key to success on any business.
Our website is currently being completely redesigned which I am very excited about. BLS are building it following on from a fabulous design by The Brand IT.
And not forgetting (dare I mention) the C word – that will be upon us before we know it and hopefully we will again have a full to the gunnels diary!
