So, the lovely Lisa Nichols and I dragged ourselves from our bed – we were not in the same one 😉 and got the 6.30am train into London to attend the Facebook – Boost Your Business Event.

 

On arrival at Tobacco Docks, we were greeted with gorgeous coffee, an array of delightful tasty treats, and tons of all things facebook and instagram for business!

 

We met up with fellow #SAB Aarti Parmar and headed to the various workshops on offer.

 

I had been feeling a bit “samey” with my facebook posts for Popdance, so the workshops gave me tons of new ideas for my posts as well as to ressurect my instagram account.
