Are you asking your customers for feedback? This doesn’t just mean asking for reviews on your Facebook or Google, it means asking for actual feedback on your services whether it be the good or the bad. ⠀

The only people who know your true customer experience are your customers, and if you want to create lasting relationships with them and make them feel truly valued, then take on board what your customers have to say and make those changes to improve your business.

So, don’t forget to send out feedback questionnaires to your customers, so you can improve on your service and products.
