Writing email marketing copy is similar to writing web copy. The key is to make sure your email is scannable and easy to follow.
3 easy ways to do this:
- Use a logical structure so the email flows nicely.
- Keep your paragraphs short – 2 or 3 sentences at most (think about how it will look on a mobile) and stick to one main idea per paragraph.
- Use bullets, bold type and subheadings to break up blocks of text.
