Hub Care Support specialise in helping people find the best possible care and support by introducing you to high quality independent Personal Assistants.

All Personal Assistants have been approved under the Quality Care Approval Scheme (QCAS), this means they have been fully vetted, Trained to Skills for Care’s best practice recommendations, have a conviction free DBS on the live checking service, are insured and have verified references. Please rest assured that Hub only invites caring, compassionate, and professional individuals to be registered with us.

We provide a free service to individuals who would like to be introduced to a PA. We provide a no obligation service, if you choose not to proceed or change your mind this is absolutely fine.

The PAs offer a free 30 min meeting so you both get an opportunity to ensure you are a good match.

  • Our team takes the time to understand your support needs without rushing or pressuring you. This ensures you identify the process of engaging with an independent Hub PA.

  • From a list of PAs with the necessary skills and availability, you will pick the one that best matches your requirements.

  • Your chosen PA will meet you at your residence or a familiar location for an initial meeting, allowing you to get acquainted before settling on a start date.

  • You will receive support at the most convenient times for you.

  • Your PA will establish a long-lasting personal connection with you, offering you and your family reassurance, continuity, and consistency.

Whether you require live-in care in West Hertfordshire or something a little more flexible, we can help. Our Personal Assistants are here to strengthen your independence with bespoke care plans and a personal connection.
