They understand that many people are struggling with working from home, with families, home schooling etc and that finding time to get active and have time out for themselves is often difficult.
Therefore, they have created a series of 15-minute, Popdance Fit workouts that you can slot into your day to make sure you get active, tone up, let your hair down and have fun dancing to pop tracks from the 80s, 90s, 00s and current tracks.

No previous dance experience necessary
