A step-by-step guide on exactly what to do, including who the payment needs to be made to and details on your reference code.
Excellent value add, nicely laid out.

Number 2. Bloom & Wild Mothers Day Opt Out

Probably the most sensitive email from a brand last year

“I wanted to get in touch as I know that Mother’s Day can be a very sensitive time for some of us. So if you don’t want us to send you any Mother’s Day reminders this month, we won’t.” the email reads.

Mother’s Day is a chance to celebrate some of the most important women in our lives – but for many, it’s may be a reminder of a difficult or lost relationship.

The build up to the day can be over-whelming and feels endless so this approach offering subscribers the chance to opt out simply of those emails is refreshing.

So many people took to social media to praise them for their approach. a great reminder that behind every email address is a human, and empathy is a powerful human trait.

What can you do to show your human side?
