Woo Hoo!
It dawned on us the other day at how much businesses in the SAB group are evolving, changing, growing and succeeding! It’s fantastic to watch.
And it was one SAB in particular, not mentioning any names, that got us thinking about the Woo Hoos!
When was the last time we stopped to actually look at what we have achieved? To give ourselves a pat on the back? To show our friends and family that we don’t just sit in the King Harry chatting! 😉
Hence – the Woo Hoos!
We are going to host a SAB Achievement Night!, aka The Woo Hoos! On the “Save The Date” date – Wednesday 28th June – 7.30-11.30pm.
It’s time we all said Woo Hoo about what we’ve achieved! 😉
So, here’s the plan! We want to know about all the amazing SABs out there! And to give you an idea of what we have in mind – here’s a few ideas – do you know anyone who has achieved any of the following:
• Overcome hurdles in their business
• Grown their business
• Stepped out of their comfort zone
• Been a risk taker
• A dream achiever (someone who set out to get something and has achieved it)
• Someone who has worked with another business – a collaboration
• Gone International
These are just some suggestions – we are open to what you think deserves a recognition of achievement.
So here’s what to do:
NOMINATE with details of the person you want to receive recognition at the Woo Hoos – explaining what they have achieved and why you would love them to receive a pat on the back (it’s completely and utterly FREE to nominate).
Once we read your submission, we will then ask you to make a 1 minute video on your phone – this can be you talking about why you have nominated that person for an achievement recognition, or you could film at their place of work, or you could “interview” clients of theirs, or anything that you think gets across what they have achieved.
We will invite the first 35 people who have been nominated to the Woo Hoo’s where we will hold a night of celebrating the amazingness of businesses in this fantastic city.
Everyone is welcome to attend on the night – max 240 people – so do book your place – tickets are £42 per person which includes a welcome glass of bubbly and a very informal buffet 🙂
If you would like to present an achievement on the night – please let us know – we will be looking for 35 SABs to present – we would love for as many SABs as possible to be involved on the night – SAB’s are a team thang! 🙂
As with all things SAB, it’s informal, friendly and a night of celebration – we would love for you to be there and to be involved.
Dress code is wear something SAB blue and/or yellow about your person 🙂
We can only feature 35 businesses – nominations open at 10am on Friday 28th April THIS FRIDAY – do not submit your nomination any earlier as it will not be counted.
