6 Week Wellbeing Course – Starting Thursday 21st April 2022
This course is aimed at those interested in developing helpful new practices to take care of their minds, bodies and souls whilst connecting with like minded others.
Meditation is believed to relax and calm the brain and tackle the sources of stress whilst helping to improve focus, clarify and sleep.

Course Facilitator, Joanne – BACP Accredited Supervisor and Therapist
Joanne has worked in and around St Albans for the past nine years. Working with clients from different walks of life and across all ages. She has extensive experience of how to help people cope with the demands of the world we are living in today.
In this unique six week course, Joanne will share her insights and learnings and help you build your own tool box and meditation practice to take forward into your lives.
