The word Covid is becoming increasingly associated with frustration and hardship for many. Certainly praise has to be given to our Key Workers and we do need to appreciate our reliance on those people who put themselves in the line of fire every day!
In the Mortgage World, well, we have seen 95% mortgages disappear, 90% are for First Time Buyers at higher rates that we have not seen in many many years! Lenders service levels drop and timescales increase. Rates changing every other day, it’s certainly been challenging for many!
