We all know that people buy from people! It’s the relationships we form, the trust we build, and the knowledge we gain from the people around us that aid us in our buying choices.

 

Having worked in market research for 6 years for agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, I soon realised that advertising was not really advertising, it was brand building. What made people choose the McVities biscuits as opposed to the ones they’d never heard of? Knowing, trusting and liking brands is a massive part of how and why we purchase the way we do.

 

So, another way of getting to know, like and trust businesses in St Albans is by actually meeting them 🙂

 

The Jellies are a fantastic way of doing this and not only enable us to meet face-to-face with many of the people we get to see via social media, but it’s also a fab way of working in a different environment, chatting business chat, and learning something new every month 😉

 

But we’ve also found that the St Albans Businesses Socials really do enable people to let their hair down, have fun, meet up and do something different.  From the Darts night, to the Brewery Tour, to the Justin Timberlake Video, to the Naked Christmas Card – we really do feel that we know those business people just a little bit more than we did 😉

 

So, come and join us and other St Albans Businesses at the SAB Social at Hollywood Bowl on Thursday 9th March at 7.30pm
