Birth Reflections is for anyone who feels upset, angry, confused or traumatised by their previous birth experience.
Why would I need a birth reflections session?
– if you feel upset when you talk about your birth experience
– If you want to understand why events occurred the way they did
– If you would like another baby but feel what happened with your previous birth is stopping you
– You may not want another baby but still wish to talk through what happened
– The classes are held in your home and fit around your work, life and childcare commitments
– My classes in St Albans come with free follow up, which means you can contact me for advice and support for as long as you need me
