ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Francis @ Westtek
Francis West recently became a UK citizen after leaving South Africa 26 years ago. He is the founder and CEO of Westtek Solutions – an IT MSSP (Managed Services Security Provider).
A previous winner of the South African Business Innovation award, Francis networks with black belt efficiency. He particularly loves sharing Cyber Security facts and time-saving tips so people can spend their valuable time with their loved ones, and sleep soundly at night knowing their IT is secure.
Westtek was founded to help business owners and directors who have become frustrated with poor IT service which causes high levels of interruption or downtime, and results in a loss of profitability. Having seen the rise in cyber-crime targeted at SMBs, Francis changed the direction of Westtek to focus on Cyber Security, with the aim of helping businesses to protect themselves against the ever-evolving cyber attacks that they are now facing.
Never one to do things by half measure, Francis promptly gained Cyber Essentials and CompTIA accreditations for himself and Westtek to ensure he is leading the charge in the battle against cyber-crime! In his fight to raise awareness and promote cybersecurity, Francis…

What are the timings?
We register for the seminar at 10.00am and the seminar starts at 10.30am but don’t worry if you can’t get there for 10.00am as the seminar is an optional part of the event.
I always recommend that visitors come to the seminar if they can as there’s extra networking time beforehand. You’ll also be amazed at what you can learn from the seminar presenters. You’ll always pick up a new tip or two.
However, if you can’t spare the time, we register for lunch from 11.45am and have open networking until we sit down to lunch at 12.30.
To help you plan the rest of your day we finish promptly at 2.00pm
