THE ART OF BREATHWORK & RELAXATION

Breathwork and relaxation practices are essential and invaluable self-care tools. They are balancing, as well as restorative, and can aid you in:
- relieving stress
- improving sleep
- improving focus and concentration
- boosting the immune system
- easing chronic pain
- reducing depression and anxiety
- increasing energy
- addressing emotional blockages and so on.
These sessions were initially born out of my immense passion for this work and the benefits I have personally experienced using these tools on a daily basis. They have been a huge part of my healing journey over the last few years.
They are 90 minutes long and include simple, accessible, self-empowering techniques which can improve your overall mental, physical and emotional well-being. In fact it has been shown that poor breathing habits are an underlying cause of many health problems.
