Marketing, Inclusion and Resilience – Boost your 2021 journey with the PSA

February 4 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

£10 – £15

This month our speakers will help us to think differently about our businesses, the way we are with our customers and how to get the mindset of a winner.

Charlie Whyman will do her showcase on An OTTERs guide to reducing marketing overwhelm.

We all wish we had someone to come and do all of our sales and marketing for us so that we can focus on doing what we do best.

The reality is that if we want our business to survive, thrive and grow we have to put some time and effort into it.

The OTTER won’t do your sales and marketing for you but it will act as a guide and give you confidence, clarity and results. If you let it, it will also help you have fun in the process!

This talk will show you how to find your very own OTTER and explore how to make it work for you.

Our first Keynote is Jackie Handy on the Power of I – leave your customers loving you

‘The Power of I’ refers to the power that inclusion gives the world, as well as the small steps that ‘I’ have the power to take to create positive change and generate more love in the world.

Jackie shows that inclusion can be simple if we all commit to taking those steps and believes that when we all do a little, the world can change a lot. Furthermore, when you focus on the diversity in your audience, you create deeper connections with them – and that will leave them loving you!

The takeaways from this talk will be:
• How our unique map of the world influences us
• The stages of inclusion and what they mean
• Why the words you use can influence your results
• How to take small steps right now and love your audience!

Jackie Handy has supported hundreds of individuals in organisations around the world to accelerate their performance. Formerly a top performing manager for 2 decades, she now works with others to give back the recipe for leadership and inclusion success. Through her corporate work as well as her own personal journey, Jackie has developed a deeper understanding of human behaviour. Why we do what we do, as well as the impact of our language and behaviour on others.

And finally our second keynote speaker is Steve Judge with his talk on Riding the Wave of Resilience to become a Winner.

In this current climate due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are all experiencing change in one form or another. Resilience is something that we all have within us, the more we exercise it the stronger we become.

Steve’s uplifting and yet poignant story will enable you to achieve your own journey of excellence. With messages and takeaways he’ll explain the tools and methods that he used. He’ll demonstrate the many times he picked himself up after being knocked down both mentally and physically enabling him to go from wheelchair to world champion.

The takeaways from Steve’s talk will be:
– How to strengthen your resilience
– How to smash through those barriers that hold you back
– How to ride the wave of resilience to achieve your self actualisation

Within four years Steve has set up and now runs his business as a professional speaker. He talks internationally and has received multiple speaker of the year awards from the PSA. Steve has also recently written and published his autobiography ‘Don’t Lean on Your Excuses’ .
