iRest® Yoga Nidra Course

IRest is a modern-day, transformative meditation practice, based on the ancient traditions of Yoga Nidra. It is a profound practise that can help in overcoming challenges including insomnia, trauma, stress, pain and more.

This course will run on Monday evenings. Sessions will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, which leaves room for discussion time, if needed.

It was developed by Dr. Richard Miller, a spiritual teacher, author, yogic scholar, researcher and clinical psychologist, who combined traditional yogic practice with Western psychology and neuroscience.

As a meditative form of self-inquiry, iRest is an in-depth process, yet simple to learn and easy to practice. It is both relaxing and healing; enabling you to deeply calm your nervous system and intelligently integrate difficult thoughts & emotions.
